Overview
We are currently working exclusively with a privately owned property development and investment company in central London. They specialise in the acquisition, development, and asset management of both residential and commercial property in the Greater London area. They are looking for an experienced construction project manager to help oversee the overall construction- managing contractors, and being the general face for the company with their delivery requirements. Due to the nature of the business the ideal candidate will also be working closely with external cost consultants, so a background of QS, or a strong knowledge of finances, is a must. Requirements: Supervision of trades/sub-contractors, H&S, etc Site experience or a main contractor background is desirable. QS background or strong financial knowledge is crucial. Must have experience as a Project Manager on residential or commercial projects Must have a good understanding of JCT Contracts Good I.T. skills & administration skills Preferably a degree within the construction industry Have strong personal skills and be able to get the most out of the on-site team.
