Overview
SERVICE MANAGER of LD SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES £25,000 - £29,000 BS Social Care are working alongside a large and reputable regional provider of LD services to look for a service manager to look over the supported living schemes in the Tyneside area. You will have a level 4 or higher in a relevant Health and Social Care discipline, ideally in the management of H&Sc. You will have at least two years' experience in a supervisory role overseeing staff teams. You will have had experience in implementing safeguarding protocols to protect the service users in the services from any potential harm and be able to evidence that. You will be comfortable adhering to both local and national guidelines along with the policies and procedures of the organisation. You will be confident in working towards CQC inspections as we aim for at least a 'Good' rating across all the services that you're overseeing. In doing all of this, you will always maintain the primary focus of keeping the service users safe and happy and allowing your staffing teams to help the service users achieve goals which they set out for themselves.
