Solicitor needed in Oldham Ref 2EBD0 Paying £20 per hr Main Duties and Responsibilities To undertake and have personal responsibility for a mixed caseload of litigation and advice; To undertake advocacy at all levels of Court/at Tribunals as appropriate, including the preparation and management of cases; To provide a full range of professional legal advice and services. To Draft and settle legal documentation; To ensure that a responsive and cost-effective service is provided to officers and service departments; To carry out the service in accordance with the customer care, health and safety and equalities agendas. To keep up to date with developments in the law which are relevant to the post, to maintain the correct level of continuing professional development, and at all times act in accordance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
