Job Description Job Scope: Back office support all commercial activities in the Northern Europe region Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Support the preparation, execution and follow up of commercial events, facilitating customer relationships Responsible for travel arrangements and itineraries for customers Manage purchase order process and monthly budget reconciliation Facilitates the Healthcare Compliance approval process, including monthly reporting Participates in a number of European back office projects and makes recommendation to management for standard operating procedures improvements Supports and prepares documentation for tender submissions and internal and external audits Coordinates and participates in team meetings and initiatives in UK and Europe Partner with Research, Field Technical Support, Clinical and Scientific Development and other departments to meet company goals Administrative support to the UK office team: guest travel booking, meetings logistics, credit card applications and provide other administrative support duties as required Job Requirements Ability to work virtually and collaborate in a matrix organization Ability to work under pressure and retain high levels of confidentiality at all times Highly proficient in using Microsoft office packages, internet and office technology Show attention to detail and first class administrative skills are essential Enthusiastic, dedicated and committed approach to work Education Minimum 2-5 years professional experience in back office support, sales or marketing support, personal assistance or customer relations Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken. Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language skills are considered a positive. Ability to operate in a diverse and international work environment
