Overview

Service Desk Analyst Up to £26,000 Monday to Friday 35 hour week between 8am and 6pm 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year This Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support role would suit someone who has previous experience within a helpdesk / 1st line or 2nd line support role. You will have excellent analytical and prioritisation skills and be confident and able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business when providing the technical support they require. The successful candidate will have a pro-active way of working and will be looking for a new role that they can really sink their teeth into and make their own. Duties for this Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support role will include but not be limited to: Providing 1st line support via telephone, ITSM tools, email and walk-ins for all IT, network and phone incidents and requests Logging and performing analysis of all incidents Managing the starters/leavers IT access Escalating tickets to 2nd line and 3rd line support teams where needed Providing meeting room support for Webinar's and Video conference queries Attending weekly Change Management meetings Managing 3rd party supplier relationships Additional benefits include a generous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution), enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme.
