Senior HR Business partner – Digital Agency - £70k-£75k Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with creative industry experience who can demonstrate influencing senior leaders through change? Have you had exposure to aligning cultures of creative companies after a merger/acquisition and are comfortable partnering different leaders through the process? Please note previous experience in the creative industry is a must Im privileged to be partnering a Global Digital agency who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team through an exciting cultural integration during an exciting period of growth. Partnering a client group of 100 h/c, you will help drive the people agenda for this SME creative agency, working closely with the founders on HR, Culture and Engagement initiatives. As part of a wider group, you will be exposed to group projects including building career paths, succession planning and cultural alignment. You will also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into day to day HR operational responsibilities. A strong relationship builder, you’ll be used to influencing different leaders across a matrix structure and be a true HR business partner. Reporting to the HR Director for EMEA, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously bringing an entrepreneurial and innovate style to the table. You’ll have natural gravitas with senior leaders, bringing a versatile approach to navigating big personalities and changing priorities. You will have worked within a fast-paced creative business, being a nimble thinker, having a creative flare and be comfortable working with ambiguity. You will have ideally worked for a creative SME which has gone through growth, being within a creative company who is part of a bigger matrix group will be advantageous. Likewise any international exposure will be a bonus. Managing a HR co-ordinator, previous mgmt. experience, and a natural coaching style is preferred.
