Overview
Workplace / Estates / Facilities Manager Our client are a public sector organisation and are looking for an experienced Workplace / Facilities Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and deliver an effective Estates / Workplace Management service. You will be responsible for ensuring 100 % compliance within the division and manage the team, managing the performance of team members through goal setting, continuous improvement assessment and coaching. You will ensure they have a first class reception service offering centralised support service as well as managing the helpdesk to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvement along with reporting / responding on performance and statistics for the division. You will update and deliver the Annual Maintenance Plan and Forward Maintenance Plan along with ensuring site visits etc are carried out the team when requested
