The Opportunity: Showcasing the Slater and Gordon standard of service to customers from the very first contact we are looking for a Legal Advisor to join a new creating team. Converting new leads into instructed cases through telephone contact with enquiring customers, adhering to a warm and pro-active follow up programme. Working within the Consumer Legal Services Conversion team, the primary focus is to understand the customer legal need and offer them the most appropriate solution to achieve the right outcome. Responsibilities: Delivering first rate customer service using a range of methods Converting and creating leads to deliver against sales target by growing a pipeline to continually expand our intake volume Effective outbound dial to connect ratios whilst building a strong base of returning customers Identify where a customer needs generic advice vs legal representation Construct appropriate outcomes for the case type Managing capacity across a team of Fee Earners with support Building trust and rapport with the Practice Groups and other key shared service divisions Identifying and delivering improvements for the benefit of the customer and the business Live and breathe "The S&G Way" About You: Legal qualification -LPC or equivalent Excellent communication skills with an empathy to those who are vulnerable customers Polite and confident telephone manner Previous sales experience Strong ability to listen and retain information Sales 'instinct’ for closing a deal Ability to build relationships with internal personnel irrelevant of level in the business What we offer in return: In return we offer a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a positive and inviting work environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award winning law firm.
