Overview
A lovely creative agency offering agile working environment based in a cool office with a view are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their finance team of 5. Are you CIMA/ACCA studier with good grounding accounting experience, strong prepayment accruals and debits and credits? Have you worked for an agency that was/is part of a group ideally SOX complaint? As a Management Accountant you will help the Financial Controller with preparing month end accounts as well as manage the billing processes. You will calculate prepayment, accruals, post intercompany journals and reconcile accounts up to Trial balance. You will also reconcile balance sheet on a monthly and quarterly basis and perform monthly variance analysis - budget versus forecast. This is a hands on role for candidate that actually understand the main principals of accounting, you will need to use your knowledge and common sense. You will manage the billing processes, look after WIP and join meetings with Accounts Directors to chat through Revenue and client profitability. In this open space offices everyone speak to each other and collaborate. You will need to be confident and built rapport easily to gain trust and establish Strong working relationship with your peers at all levels.
