Overview

Seven Social Care are looking for a number of Support Worker's to work with Buckinghamshire County Council. These positions are initially on a 3 month contract (there is a possibility that these contracts will go permanent). Candidates will need to be able to work flexibly including days, nights and weekends. Morning shifts are 7am-3pm, afternoon shifts are from 2pm-10pm and nights are from 9pm-7:30am. The hourly rate on offer is £12.00 per hour via an umbrella company. The role: To support vulnerable adults with complex needs in a person centred, dignified and CQC statutory compliant way. To provide rostered support to users across 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Key Responsibilities: To ensure safe, CQC compliant , and needs-led services are provided To contribute towards service improvement and the sharing of good practice To ensure support plans and records are CQC compliant ( up-to-date, complete and accurate, involving clients, families and carers)a To take responsibility for own learning and applying that learning to improve services To respect the dignity and confidentiality of clients and their families/carers. To deputise for Team Leader as and when required. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: NVQ in Health and Social Care. Experience: 2 years working within a similar role. Compliance: Current DBS check. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
