Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager who has a passion for delivering excellent standards of care and support in the Coventry area. You will be working in a Residential setting supporting adults with learning disabilities where you will have operational responsibility within the residential setting. You will work 40 hours per week, ensuring the delivery of quality, person centred care by all employees is a focal point of their role. You will do this by: Ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care is met by all employees; Understanding safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service users; Managing budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting; Supervising employees, providing direction and support, chairing meetings, and communicating important business messages; Ensuring that any regulatory activities, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations; Compiling rotas, arrange leave and ensure cover is available; Providing information, advice and support to service users' families; Leading the home through CQC inspections; Collaboratively working with the unit team in order to organise activities for service users and promote their independence. A successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience. Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Manager in a similar residential setting. Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in this industry. The ability to effectively manage others with a clear vision that is aligned with the organisations core values.
