Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities | Supported Living - £30,000-£35,000 - 40 Hours Per Week We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager who has a passion for delivering excellent standards of care and support in the Coventry area. You will be working in a supported living accommodation supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will have operational responsibility within the residential setting. Duties & Responsibilities Understanding the safeguarding needs of service users and promoting their welfare. Supervising employees, providing direction and communicating important business needs. Ensuring that any regulatory activities carried out by carers; such as personal care, and administering medication are delivered in line with regulations. Lead the supported living accommodation through any CQC inspections ensuring quality performance. Drive business growth by ensuring person centred care is being delivered. Key Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living setting. Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in this industry. The ability to effectively manage others with a clear vision that is aligned with the organisations core values. Access to own car with valid driving license.
