WESolutions are looking to expand our current Nurse Team to help support the growing demands of our Desk Your job role is more account/project Manager than a full 360 recruiter. In fact your recruitment will be only one third of the job role. We are looking for experienced recruiters within Healthcare who maybe want to move up to a more consultancy based approach to there job. there is a full team to resource for the clients and a BD team to get you new clients. we require for someone to stitch this all together whilst being the main contact for the client and candidates if there are any issues. Job Role - Manage clients to ensure repeat business, monthly face to face meetings all over the UK - Manage candidates to ensure safe deployment to the UK - Manage recruitment projects by either Skype or in-country events - Maintain and support the recruitment and BD team in winning and completing projects - Carry out projects in-line with our Prince2 Project management - Maintain CRM If you feel this role is for you apply ASAP
