Positioned within a busy transformation function the Business Analyst will be exposed to a broad portfolio of business change projects / programmes. BA's will lead stakeholder engagement and will work with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels. This is a growing business / function and offers clear development and career progression opportunities. The successful candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years business analysis experience gained within the insurance industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels is essential. Any experience of Agile methodology would be highly beneficial.
