Overview
Our client is looking for experienced Support Workers with an immediate start for the right candidates. based in various locations in Bournemouth working for the local government, support rough sleepers in these challenging times. Package: £13.50ph to £17 per hour depending on shift Day and night shifts available. 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am shifts Weekly pay Holiday pay on top Friendly working environment Could lead to permanent contract Flexible shifts to suit you Responsibilities: Supporting vulnerable rough sleepers within hostels / hotels - Operating in the correct manner at all times in line with company and government guidelines Assisting with service users day to day needs Helping with meal times Partaking in activities and events Supporting in any reasonable way possible Requirements: Ideally minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 or similar or willingness to undertake training Previous experience in a rough sleeper / homeless projects Portable DBS check or happy for one to be carried out Excellent communication skills Able to remain clam in difficult situations A team player Friendly and sensitive to the needs of others For full details please submit your CV.
