Senior Consultant - Tech Recruitment - East London Basic Salary: £35-55K DOE profit share commission OTE £100K The Company Our client has been operation since 2003 and has grown to a 100 person agency picking up multiple awards along the way. As a business, they invest heavily in their staff in terms of L&D and providing additional tools to contribute to success - and it works. Over 25% of the business earned over £80,000K last year. They have stellar measures in place to withstand Covid-19 as well as IR 35 when that comes into effect. Despite the economic climate they aim to achieve £8m profit by 2022. They have an extensive list of clients, a mature, autonomous work environment and are not KPI heavy. The Role Be an expert at identifying talent for clients Build a talent pool of candidates in the landscape Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team Manage candidates through the recruitment process with a client Identify and actively develop potential new clients, to pick up roles Why apply?
