Overview
Clinical Lead £52,000 Poole, Dorset A brilliant opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to join a very well established provider at a purpose built nursing and dementia home. The successful Clinical Lead will have the following responsibilities: ·Conform with the latest guidelines, ensuring that through clinical governance and leadership the care, health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated ·Care plan development and assessments ·Deputise for Registered Manager in absence ·Lead successful teams to create a person centred environment ·Ensuring junior care staff are directed and supported to deliver high quality personal care to Residents at all times More about you ·Valid RGN or RMN registration ·Experience of working in a large nursing home as a Clinical Lead/ Deputy Manager ·Great communication skills - verbal and written ·Good IT skills ·Happy to work 2 long shifts on the floor and 2 short shifts supernumerary More about the benefits ·Competitive salary ·Annual bonus schemes ·Paid NMC fees ·Revalidation support ·Free meals ·and many more For an immediate interview please apply below.
