Overview
The permanent division of Macildowie HR are partnering an International organisation in recruiting a Group HR Manager. The Group HR Manager will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a very strong benefits package. The position is located in Milton Keynes, and the business offers free onsite parking. The Group HR Manager will be responsible for: - Providing sound day to day support to line managers and stakeholders - Implementing and driving key HR processes and procedures across the organisation - Business partnering with key stakeholders providing advise on ER issues, OD projects, rewards etc - Management of key employee relations cases from absence and sickness through to tribunal management - Management of the companies rewards and benefits schemes - Completion of HR administration when required - Development of HR initiatives including learning and development, changes in law and legislation and other ad hoc duties when required - Driving and developing learning and development programmes for all levels of employees including management - Leading and supporting HR Advisors ensuring full management of daily process - Managing the companies compliance policies for all employees - Ad hoc duties when required which will include Health and Safety, ensuring COSHH compliance and developing corporate relationships The ideal candidate will: - Have previously worked within a similar position ideally with supervisory experience - Have proven experience of working with company benefits - Have a strong understanding of UK employment law - Ideally have worked in an International capacity previously - Be computer literate - Be a strong communicator The Organisation The business are an International firm with a footprint in most locations globally.
