Overview
Group Compliance Trainer My client are a highly regarded business with interests across a wide range of food and agricultural businesses. The company manufactures and supplies premium quality products to United Kingdom retailers, food service and industrial markets. Due to recent growth within the business, my client wish to appoint an ambitious and tenacious Group Compliance Trainer to join the team. Our ideal candidate will be upbeat, energetic and driven with the passion and desire to develop and progress in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will have a proven track record confidently coaching and delivering training in a factory environment. Key responsibilities: · Reporting into the Group Compliance Training Coordinator based near Milton Keynes. · Providing clear training around Technical, H&S, Environmental and Ethical Compliance. · Assist each site with the development of their on-site training. · Provide administrative support to group trainers. · Develop bespoke training courses. Education, Qualifications and Skills Required: · HACCP Level 3 · Food Safety Level 3 · Train the Trainer · HSE knowledge · Meticulous attention to detail · Previous presentation experience · 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within food manufacturing · Proficiency in an Eastern European language is desirable.
