Overview

Job purpose: Claims Finance To manage client funded claim bank accounts on behalf of Davies Group and their clients and to manage the production of all monthly or claims related invoices and reconciliations, alongside supporting colleagues within the claims finance team. Duties and responsibilities: To liaise with staff from across the group and External Clients Bank reconciliations Creditor statement reconciliations Debtor statement reconciliations Purchase ledger invoice submissions Reconciling the finance system to the claims management system Other ad hoc tasks as requested To adhere to Company systems and procedures Handling compensation payments and processing of recoveries To actively promote the principle of Treating Customer Fairly Skills & Experience IT Literate including basic understanding of word and strong understanding of excel Excellent telephone manner and Customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication Previous accounts experience is desirable, however training will be provided Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising work load Must be able to multi-task The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
