Chief Finance Officer Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 £45,591 - £48,533 per annum (salary negotiable, plus benefits) Permanent / Full Time Our client is a West Midlands based Multi-Academy Trust with 19 academies in their family of schools. They are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chief Finance Officer to join their hard working and committed team. Main Purpose of the job: The Chief Financial Officer will be directly responsible to the CEO who is the Accounting Officer for the Trust and is ultimately responsible for the proper financial conduct of the institution. As the Chief Finance Officer, you will lead on strategic financial issues and will have overall responsibility for all financial matters including statutory reporting and compliance. You will be responsible for financial management in addition to having a number of additional Trust-level responsibilities. You will be a key member of the Trust’s Central Leadership Team and will be expected to bring a professional, business-like approach to the leadership of the Trust finance function, running it as a highly competent and efficient service.
