Our client a market leader in their field based in Dover are looking for a Dutch speaking Contact Centre Agent to join their award winning contact centre. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a friendly, confident approach and want to work for a company who put their staff at the heart of what they do then this is the role for you. What we are looking for: Applicants must be fluent in Dutch; You will be taking calls in Dutch and English from the public and trade companies using an in house reservation system; You much enjoy working to targets and be self motivated; Ability to build and maintain great working relationships with customers and colleagues; Be an excellent communicator both speaking and in writing; Available to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
