Overview
Robert Half are currently working with a Financial Services firm based in the City of London helping them source a Management Accountant to join on a 12-month fixed term contract. Role As a Management Accountant, you'll be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You should be comfortable assisting with internal management reporting and the smooth running of the Finance department. Duties include; Produce monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and monitor cash positions of the company Oversee intercompany recharges and calculating deal costs Responsibility for the bookkeeping and accounting for multiple company entities Prepare reporting packs Bank reconciliations Prepare VAT returns Responsibility for smooth communication across international entities Monitoring and analysis of expenses Reviewing monthly journals, fee contracts and authorising invoices Able to deliver outstanding customer services to clients The ability to multi-task and retain high attention to detail Oversee and complete all expense and invoices to be recharged to investee companies General ad-hoc administrative tasks Profile 2-4 years experience as a Management Accountant Financial Services background is desirable Studying CIMA/ACCA Concur/Navision software experience desirable Exposure preparing evidence for audits Company This international private equity firm pride themselves on acquiring successful, high quality companies to help them grow and develop using their effective value creation strategies. City of London Salary & Benefits £45,000-£50,000 The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
