Here’s What You’ll Be Getting Up To: Retention Adviser As a Retention Adviser, you'll be speaking to customers who have cancelled their policy or missed a payment and you'll be making outbound calls to understand their reasons for cancelling. You'll spend time helping the customer understand the value in their cover and ensure the family remains protected. Our customers can need advice and service on any day, at any time so we need you to be really flexible. What we look for in LifeSearchers: Retention Advisers LifeSearchers share a similar DNA.
