Overview

Our client, based on the outskirts of Norwich, are currently seeking a Part-Time, Human Resources Advisor to join their growing team As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be reporting to the Managing Director, whilst providing HR support and solutions to Directors and Managers on a range of HR matters. In a standalone role, you will be expected to provide full HR administrative support to the Company. Do you have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office? Are you extremely well organised, methodical and efficient with the ability to self-motivate? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all members of staff? If so, this could be the role for you Key responsibilities include, but arent limited to: Provide support on all HR issues, including managing and providing administrative support for all HR related activities e.g induction, performance management reviews, absence, training and competence, grievances, disciplinary issues, exit interviews. Etc. Create and maintain personnel records using online and manual files. Support and maintain all aspects of recruitment; liaising with, negotiating terms and managing the relationship with advertising and recruitment agencies. Review and update HR related policies and procedures on an annual basis or as employment law dictates. Research, renew and implement HR related initiatives, once approved by the Board. Record holiday and absence data and conduct return to work meetings and absence hearings as required. Ensure reporting data is accurate and up to date, and produce KPIs and reports as required. Provide a comprehensive service for sub-contractors, including raising POs, liaising with agencies, providing induction and maintaining appropriate records. Keep up to date with employment law and attend relevant training courses as required. Ensure full compliance with the Companys QA standards in all relevant reporting, documentation, record keeping and procedures relevant to your role. As the Human Resources Advisor, you will have experience within a HR advisory role, have a flexible attitude and the ability to cope well, with the demands of a rapidly growing company. Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 7 qualified, or working towards this.
