Overview
Company Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton & Manchester. We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries. We are the 2019 BESMA Sales employer of the year, 2019 BESMA Sales team over 50 people of the year & Inspire 19 employer of the year. We have also just been voted number 12 on Sunday Times' best Companies to work for in Mid Size Business category. We are currently expanding and looking to double the size of the operations by end of 2020 - with that comes a huge level of change and hence the reason we are looking to appoint a Project Manager with experience of managing business change. Key responsibilities Working with internal and external stakeholders to define tasks, milestones and plan projects. Managing a range of simultaneous project with different schedules and resources Monitoring the project’s progress against agreed timelines and agreed project scope Identifying and communicating to the Business Analyst of any potential "T scope creep" Introducing, improving and communicating internal project processes to all those involved in a project Report back to the project team of project task’s statuses and any change to the project plan on a regular basis Carry out other responsibilities set out by management Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceKnowledge Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. You will have a passion for technology and innovation.
