A Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant job based on Clarendon Road in the centre of Watford. We are the largest recruitment company in the UK and are recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Consultant to join our high achieving Watford team. You'll join as a Graduate Trainee Consultant and will be given an industry leading 6 month training programme designed to give you all the skills and knowledge to become a local recruitment expert in your market and industry. With a mix of classroom, on-the-job and one-to-one coaching, you will be partnered with a senior recruitment expert to mentor you and help you hone and develop your skills. Our programme and support structure helps you to understand and implement best recruitment practice and is adapted to suit your individual learning needs. As part of the role, you will be responsible for building and developing both existing and new relationships with companies and hiring managers, registering and advising candidates in your market and providing a premium, first class consultancy service on all aspects of recruitment to both hiring managers, business directors and job seekers.
