Overview
A leading City based insurance company have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Casualty claims team. The role will involve handling high value UK/International Employers Liability, Public Liability and Products Liability claims. This includes the review of claims data and underwriting documentation to ascertain validity of losses notified and establish premium payment status. The position will be actively involved in the negotiation of settlements, attending market meetings, and authorisation of claims. Therefore applicants must have good knowledge of the London and Lloyd's insurance markets and have a good knowledge of Liability/Casualty claims. Having a legal background/qualifications would be advantageous.
