Overview
We are recruiting Production Team Leader's for a Multi - Million pound turnover company based in Aston, Birmingham. This company is one of the largest UK suppliers for fresh Fruit and Veg. Within this Production Team Leader role, you will be working head of the production line within the warehouse, also dealing with absences, holidays and daily reports of your team such as KPI's. As a Production Team Leader you will be managing up to 10-15 staff members on a production line. The requirements for this Production Team Leader role consist of: Having at least 2 years team leading/ line leading experience in production, manufacturing, distribution or logistics. Good communication skills Having managed a minimum of 5 staff members Within this Production Team Leader role, you will be : Working any 5 days out of 7 (will be required to work a weekend). You will be working fixed shift - either from 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm (rotational). Must be flexible to work other shifts if required.
