Warehouse Operative Letchworth Hourly rate is dependent on experience Ongoing contract We are looking to recruit several Warehouse Operatives to join an organisation on a temporary basis during a busy period, based in Wolverhampton. Duties of the Warehouse Operative will include: Accurately following the picking and packing process You will ensure items are correctly selected and dispatched on time in order to meet our customer demand Use a web-based carrier system Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment You will meet and exceed productivity KPIs Complying with quality standards, policies and legal requirements Skills & Experience of the Warehouse Operative will include: Previous warehouse experience is desirable however experience in a fast paced, retail environment will also suffice Accurate and efficient in all work activities Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Strong team working skills Ability to motivate yourself and others Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications Ability to comply with common Health and Safety Legislation
