Overview

A great role is now available for a Recruitment Manager to join a unique opportunity that has become available within a niche Financial Services business based in Central London. This is a newly created role, 6 month FTC looking to start at the end of the month or into April 2020. You will be responsible for recruiting mid to senior level professionals and be passionate about providing stakeholders, candidates and 3rd party agencies. It's essential you're focused on delivery a positive candidate journey and enjoy finding recruitment solutions. Role responsibilities: Work with the HR Manager for Recruitment, to review the recruitment function and processes in order to implement some positive changes Manage end to end recruitment process through to offer stage, approx./up to 40 roles across a range of functions, holding agency briefings, arranging interviews, preparing interview scripts and giving feedback Work closely with 3rd party agencies, liaising regularly and developing relationships Manage a review of the PSL and agency rates Work closely with Hiring Manager's, managing expectations and keeping them informed Track candidates via an ATS, post job adverts and utilise direct job boards Produce a monthly dashboard of recruitment stats/metrics Supply Market and industry intelligence Manage contractor renewals across 40 contractors Provide regular updates to various business teams working closely with the HR Managers in the lines of business Get involved, or lead, ad-hoc projects as they arise in the HR team The role requires a candidate with similar recruiting experience and knowledge of the financial services. It's essential you have years resourcing experience, manage 3rd party supplies and build strong relationship. Strong in-house experience is paramount along with superb communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
