Overview

Head of HR/ER We are looking to recruit The Head of HR/ER, who supports the People Director in leading and developing the People function; providing both transactional HR and ER services that challenge and support the organisation in equal measure. Managing a team of HRBPs and HR Advisers, the Head of HR/ER supports the delivery of the People Strategy by leading innovative projects, programmes and initiatives within engagement & culture, people performance, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing. They also provide consistent and expert HR support to managers across the organisation, ensuring that all business streams receive a comprehensive and professional HR service which supports the delivery of the Firm’s objectives. We are keen to discuss the role with experienced HR professionals with a track record in managing large teams in a professional services environment. Together with strong employment law knowledge and experience of leading organisational change, including restructure, M&A etc., proven experience of TUPE regulations and the ability to engage and work effectively with Senior Leaders are key.
