Overview

Talent & Development HR Business Partner Annapurna Recruitment are working with an Investment Management firm on a hybrid Talent Development and HR Business Partner role. The role supports a growing business and will look at their wider Talent and Development offering, designing and implementing the strategy around leadership and management development, whilst also supporting key stakeholders on HR Advisory matters and wider generalist projects. This is an exciting role where there is plenty of opportunity to help with the growth of the people function in tandem with supporting the business growth. It's a hybrid role, where you can truly innovate as a business partner whilst also being able to take the lead on Talent and Development projects. Key requirements: Demonstrable experience in Talent, Learning and Leadership Development, ideally from within a scaling business where you have been an innovator. Hybrid HR generalist experience, having acted as a business partner previously. An ability to work closely with stakeholders effectively, with excellent communication skills.
