Recruitment Specialist – 3 month FTC Hackney, London Salary of up to £55,000 per annum Job purpose: Network HR are delighted to be working alongside a highly reputable financial services company to assist them in finding a new Recruitment Specialist to joining their team in Hackney on a fixed term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a growing company and play a key role in the end to end recruitment process. You will work in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business. Key Responsibilities: • Liaising with various leaders within the business to identify their hiring needs and subsequently build suitable talent pipelines • Engaging great talent across the various open roles within the business – everything from directly sourcing and identifying top talent, through to managing the full hiring process • Interviewing at all seniority levels across the business, both on the telephone and face to face Skills & Experience: • Proven recruitment experience in an inhouse environment • Previous background in agency recruitment is also advantageous for working in this fast-moving environment • A demonstrable background within Financial Services recruitment which will enable you to hit the ground running • Ability to demonstrate volume direct hiring delivery using a variety of different sources / recruitment tools • High level of aptitude in oral, written and email communication If this role is of interest please don't hesitate to email your CV across ASAP to charlotte.steventonexecutivenetworkgroup.co.uk
