Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Oxford you will manage the end to end recruitment process. Using your sales expertise, you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, source and liaise candidates, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to meet monthly KPI's and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved What you'll need to succeed You will be a determined and tenacious individual who is motivated by success. It is also important that you are ambitious, sales driven and thrive in a corporate sales environment.
