Employee Relations Advisor

Description Working within the Employee Relations team, you will have a busy workload and is suited to someone who has dealt with high volume cases within a head office function. Experience within retail or manufacturing would make you very well accustomed to working at such a fast pace. Duties will include : Provide accurate HR advice to Managers and employees Liaise with Trade Union regarding case work Review Company policy, procedures and associated documents Develop and manage effective internal team relationships Coach Managers in implementing and developing good people and performance management across the business Deliver training workshops to Managers on key HR areas as required Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices Profile You will be a proven ER Advisor, with a strong and proven background of handling high volume issues. You will be able to work both strategically but also quickly handle, manage and resolve issues as they arise You will be a confident communicator who will have experience of handling a high volume of disciplinaries, grievances and issues with the ability and knowledge on not only how to correctly manage processes but also document correctly.
