Overview

The company is a Financial Services firm based near to Bank tube station. The role encompasses the end to end recruitment cycle, where you will be involved with high volumes of recruitment to facilitate the growth of the company. Client Details The client is a global organisation operating in over 100 countries. It is not a traditional Financial Services firm due its vibrant, innovative and dynamic company culture. Description End-to-end recruitment of permanent and fixed-term contract roles up to Senior Manager level across the following areas nationally: Investment Management & Banking (IMB) Tax and Business Services (TBS) Support Departments e.g. Finance, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Facilities etc. Secretarial and Administration Profile The successful candidate will be immediately available and have 2 years minimum of Internal Recruitment experience, ideally from Financial Services or Professional Services industries. Candidates coming straight from an agency will not be consider, however the client will consider candidates who have come from an RPO. Bubbly, vibrant personalities is important for the team fit, but also the ability to be professional when necessary. Job Offer A generous salary and the opportunity to join a great company.
