Overview
A global legal firm are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for: Accurately updating, maintaining and reviewing all data on the ATS, including creating new vacancies on the system, managing candidates through the recruitment process and closing the roles once jobs are filled Arranging agency briefings and events as appropriate Processing applications via the ATS and sharing with hiring managers Coordinating interviews and assessment centers, including booking meeting rooms and relevant venues Proactively resolving issues relating to technical tests First point of contact for all queries related to recruitment as well as adequately managing the recruitment team inbox Collating, producing and issuing offer documentation as well as managing the pre-employment checking process Managing the background screening process for all candidates Updating all social media and job boards Ensuring the ATS tracker data is kept up to date and pulling reports from the system when needed As the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess: Experience of working in a customer services/administrative role with high attention to detail within an professional services environment Previous recruitment experience is desirable Knowledge of systems e.g. excel, databases, outlook A professional approach when responding to queries and developing relationships with stakeholders internally and externally Problem solving approach to improving systems and processes Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
