Growing business base din Rutherglen, Glasgow recruiting a Senior Trainer Client Details UK's leading providers supplying a wide range of essential services Description Pro-actively identify training needs through a variety of training needs analysis methods Working and partnering with key stakeholders to understand development needs for their areas and agreeing a quarterly plan. Design learner and business centric training solutions based on organisational needs. Maintain the accuracy and compliance of all Sales and Customer Service Training documents and complete an annual review on all material. Analyses basic MI to support operations with the development of staff. Deliver effective training sessions to support the sales and customer service function. Evaluate the effectiveness of all training initiatives and demonstrate quantifiable performance improvements. Provide ad-hoc on the floor training / coaching support. Work with all key stakeholders towards embedding our new company values. Provide day to day management to the Sales and Customer Service Trainer and ensure they are working to an agreed plan. Update and deliver effective induction training. Provide regular reporting to the wider business on value added training activities. Liaise with the QA team and review QA reporting to identify training needs. Work with the wider training team in relation to shared interventions. Profile Essential Can work to deadlines and manage own time effectively Has excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Approachable, friendly and supportive to all stakeholders Has great attention to detail Is computer literate and is proficient in Microsoft office Is confident in ensuring all training solutions are delivered to a high standard in the designated time frame Maintains a strong understanding of all company policies, compliance and product knowledge Excellent administration and organisational skills Excellent management and leadership skills Desirable CIPD Qualified (Not essential if relevant training experience of 3 years) Has prior Sales training experience Has prior Customer Service training experience Prior line management experience Job Offer Competitive salary and benefits
