Voyage Care are looking for a highly motivated Health Care Assistant to join our friendly night team at Wey House, based in Norton Fitzwarren on a full time or part time basis. Wey House is a well-established specialist nursing service that offers care and rehabilitation to people who have a brain injury or neurological health care needs. About the Role As a Healthcare Assistant at Wey House you will work with individuals to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.
