Here at Care South we have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time (or Job share) Registered Night Nurse to join the night shift team at Beauchamp House , our friendly elderly care home near Taunton, TA3 6SG 36.75 hours per week (Job Share may be considered) £17.35 per hour Shift times 7:45pm - 8:00am As a nurse at Beauchamp House you'll lead our dedicated night care team, taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration. Regular contact with residents' families and friends, and other health professionals, is also part of this role and will need to be managed confidentially and sensitively. The clinical team at Beauchamp House take particular pride in the first class palliative/end of life care they provide. Beauchamp House provides quality Somerset nursing care at a realistic cost. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people in a nursing home environment, however we will also consider and support qualified nurses who want to continue their career in this setting. You must be highly conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently and lead a shift, including supervising care assistants. On duty you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP's and hospital doctors.
