We have an opportunity available for you to join us as a Pastoral Support Officer based in Beccles . You will join us on a permanent basis working 37.5 hpw, 38 weeks per year and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,910 - £26,010 per annum, pro rata. About the Pastoral Support Officer role: We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer to provide pastoral support to students and their parents. Working with the Pastoral Team, the Pastoral Support Assistant and Inclusion Leader, you will promote and support the raising of attainment and wellbeing of individual students by contributing to a high level of pastoral support. What we are looking for in our Pastoral Support Officer: While pastoral experience will be an advantage, we would welcome applications from candidates who are capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and have the ability to relate to young people, parents and staff and have the potential to develop in this role.
