With 25,000 colleagues across the globe and 15,000 Kerry products, if you have the ambition to match ours, we’d like to hear from you The job will include: Oversee the inventory levels of the business, ensuring optimal levels of stock in conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager Reconcile stock movements from SAP to source data to confirm accuracy and reported stock figures Understand the costs that make up inventory value – including transport etc Provide analysis on stock levels and stock movements (incl aged stock / stock categories), identifying any large movements/changes on a weekly basis, completion of RCA and suggestion & implementation of corrective actions where stock not at optimum level(s) Track inventory to identify slow moving and obsolete stock Manage stock at Risk (SAR), reviewing weekly. Part of this will include identifying & agreeing shelf life extensions / finding alternative uses / locations for slow moving stock Manage the SDA (Stock Write Off) Process: identify stock that needs to be written off, raise the write off request and provide sufficient detail to enable the approvers to fully understand the reason(s) for the write off Assist the Plant Controller with month end activities, including reporting of inventory levels / and write offs in the period Act as support regarding raising of POs / vendor set up / completion of TECO / other admin tasks. Your Profile: Ideally APICS qualified, CPIM would be beneficial but not essential FMCG (Food Industry) experience Experience in performing analysis Proficient on Excel SAP experience Experience of working in a fast-paced environment A proactive, inquisitive mind and a can-do attitude Finding the most efficient, effective way and the disposition to implement and manage the change Team player.
