Tenancy Services Officer

Radcliffe Housing Society are looking for a Tenancy Services Officer, who will join a small, exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an experienced Tenancy Services Officer who will l need to have experience of working in a similar role for a social housing provider and of working with colleagues from other agencies. The Tenancy Service Officer is the first point of contact for all matters relating to tenancy and estate management. The role covers management of tenancies, including breach of tenancies, antisocial behaviour and all aspects of estate management. The Tenancy Service Officer will work with customers, internal colleagues and external partners in designing and delivering high-quality services that are tailored to meet local needs. You will be responsible for 411 properties situated across Kent and South East London, with occasional travel to our head office in Sevenoaks. This post will be based mostly away from the office or in one of our schemes so we need someone that can work independently with minimal supervision.
