If yes then look no further Adecco are proud to be working in Partnership with our Client based on the outskirts of Ashford who are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team Your main duties will be: Recording quotations and processing orders Dealing with customer enquiries Providing support to your customers throughout their experience with you Provide After Sales and continuous support Work closely with the Sales Team and liaise internally with staff members Be consultative and informative to your customers, offering advise Escalate customer compliments and complaints Attend meetings when required The ideal Candidate: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all information is logged accurately Have experience within a Customer Service role Excellent telephone manor A team player In return for this you will be working Monday to Friday during office hours in a very modern office space The Salary for this role is £20,000. You will need your own transport for this role and there is free parking on site.
