Overview
Our client is a private equity backed software vendor based in Berkshire. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. The Role of Finance Business Partner This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a high-achieving, highly motivated and results orientated professional who wants to invest their time driving significant growth in the UK market. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your duties will include: Provide commercial support to sales team including analysis of pricing proposals and commercial or legal negotiation Calculate monthly sales team commissions Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentations including for theBoard Preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts Prepare board packs and commentary on performance, analysis on revenue/profit trends, KPI reporting Create and maintain monthly cost-centre reporting Analyse profitability of products, customers, business units and effectiveness of marketing spend Building financial models and corresponding business caseproposals Provide ad-hoc business partnering The Candidate Part- or Full- CIMA qualified A professional, hands-on self-starter able to act on own initiative with drive anddetermination Excellent analytical, numerical and excel skills isessential Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at alllevels A willingness to learn while also challenging the status-quo will be key to success in thisrole
