Overview

OPRA is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator on behalf of an established and well-known business based on the outskirts of Maldon. You will be responsible for providing first class administrative services and support within the sales department and maintaining effective and accurate communications between suppliers and employees. Duties will include: Processing equipment orders Processing manufacturing paperwork Stock analysis and control of construction equipment A range of administrative duties Supporting the sales department The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel Attention to detail Be organised with the ability to multitask Knowledge of the agricultural or construction machinery would be advantageous but not essential My client is looking to start interviewing asap so to ensure you don’t miss out, please apply today
