Overview
An experienced estate agency Sales Negotiator is required for our client's prestigious, well-established branch based near Maldon, Essex. The successful Sales Negotiator will have an active role in supporting the Branch Manager and achieving the company’s objectives. As a Sales Negotiator you will have previous sales experience; Your days will be busy and varied and will include: Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details Business Development; valuation, mortgage & solicitor leads Booking viewings and carry out viewings Inputting data to the CRM Negotiating offers Providing excellent customer service To perform the role of Sales Negotiator you will need: Excellent customer service skills Previous telephone sales skills Strong communicator Drive and determination to succeed A full clean driving licence and own vehicle Local to Maldon, Essex Package: Up to £18,000 base (dependent on experience) plus commission providing an achieving OTE of £25,000 pa and car allowance. Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu provided. Q Recruitment specialises in property and financial recruitment across the UK.
