Overview
A leading business based in central London is looking for a business process analyst to join there team. The business has experienced significant change and has grown by multiple acquisitions. The transformation team is there is looking for a finance analyst who has strong knowledge of month end close processes - P2P / R2R / O2C. The person who does this role really needs to have walked a lot in the shoes of a management and statutory accountant. Essentially, this is a hybrid role between a systems, business and process consultant , understanding/documenting the property systems that interface with SAP B1. Essentially, the person who does this role will need to be able to talk trhough O2C / P2P processes confidently and concisely and be able to adjust their language for their audience. The ideal candidate will have written test script for UAT and have the ability to test changes. Training users will also be key. Lastly the candidate who performs this role will need to be competent in their ability to create processes flows in Visio. This is an interim role. O2C and P2P are key factors that are required. Being an accountant is also a must have.
