Company A unique opportunity has just become available to work with a niche executive search company that focuses on the financial services industry With a small team of 5, the directors of the company have spent the last couple of years building a strong client base across private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and debt. They have developed a massive amount of business so they can make multiple graduate hires and rapidly grow over the next few years. Based out of their Cheltenham office, they headhunt executives from 2 years experience up to VP level, and are currently expanding into the green energy infrastructure market and are working with lots of exciting new companies What is Great About Them? One-on-one training and shadowing the directors of the company where you will learn from their combined decades worth of experience. No KPI's This isn't a cut-throat environment at all. They will completely trust you to work how you want to and offer complete support to get the job done. Exciting incentives and socials - they recently took a couple of days off to go to the Cheltenham Festival and run incentives for sweepstakes, dinners and more Tailored progression - You can progress at your own rate and gradually take on more responsibility. Money - The chance to earn yourself a very good salary with their competitive commission structure, where you'll earn £30K in your first year and can earn up to 50% on the deals you make. The Role: Graduate Researcher The role is a mixture of corporate research and proactively headhunting the best candidates for the financial services market. You will: Work very closely with senior consultants and directors on the active roles they have with their clients. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and general market intelligence research to present to clients. Approaching and networking with very senior professionals who work in financial services - which will include traveling up to London 3 times a month to meet with clients and candidates A year into the role, you will develop your own specialism within financial services and create your own client base. Requirements: - 2:1 or above degree-level education in any degree group. - An interest in the financial markets and willing to learn about them in detail (so you can become a specialist). - Living in a commutable distance from Cheltenham or willing to relocate. - Able to start immediately.
